Wine Guarantee Policy

We confidently guarantee every bottle we sell: if a wine fails to satisfy, for whatever reason, we will replace the wine or give you a credit voucher. If you still prefer a refund you will need to return the wine safely to us first but we certinly hope it does’nt get to that stage!

We understand it can be tricky to order wine just by a description; just contact us ( to let us know and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.

Refund & Returns Policy

Assuming no wine has been consumed of course and in accordance with the UK Online and Distance Selling Requirements, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 14 working days of receiving your goods.

If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us by email and we will arrange a collection however you must re-pack the wine in the boxes and packaging supplied or equivalent to ensure they arrive safely. Wine bottles returned open or damaged will not be refunded.

Please return your product unopened in its original state and securely packaged within 14 days of receiving your parcel and a full refund will be issued minus the delivery and collection costs. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable unless the goods delivered were incorrect. (This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods). If you wish to return items for any other reasons, these cases can be reviewed on an individual basis, so please email to discuss. As already mentioned, unwanted items that arrive back to us damaged that have not been transported using our approved courier collection or drop off service will not be refunded.
